The reason I would strongly advise against scheduling with Dr. Walcott has nothing to do with his skill or effectiveness as a vascular surgeon. The issue is the abysmal level of administrative incompetence surrounding his practice. The wait times just to get someone on the phone are completely unacceptable, and they suggest a system that is disorganized, inefficient, and profoundly disrespectful of patients’ time. He is excellent varicose vein doctor. He delivered me from the varicose veins that had developed during my childhood. Thank you very much for everything.
Have a real problem with my leg after going in for a radio frequency ablasion of my greater saphenous vein . Constant leg pain and discomfort, leg is worse then its ever been and no response back from the doctor. Cannot recommend this dr. Ruined my leg for life, & I now have a permanent disability in it from the procedure. He hit a nerve. Careless and unaccountable!
2024-25 they're still the best, if not better. I can't "UNDERSTATE" how good the entire office is, from PAs to clerical they are amazing! I started with senior Dr. Anain and moved to Dr. Walcott when he retired. I couldn't be happier! He has a great bedside manner and really makes you feel like you really matter to him. I do wish you'd expand the grading system to include staff. The PA I saw today was excellent as well. Your office staff is also amazing.
