To see the doctor is good. He listens and understands what I'm talking about. The downside of this is you call and no one answers the phone. I've been waiting sometimes up to and over an hour. Pretty disheartening for a Drs office.
Dr. Turcotte is so caring and professional. I never feel rushed and I don’t feel “like a number” with him. I’m grateful to have him as my pcp.
