You NEVER SEE Dr Tobias.it is always a nurse practioner.Lyons has no doctors but Tobias and he is so old he needs and wants to retire but can not do so with no doctyor in town.
I met Dr Tobias in the ER. He was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Doctor device did a great job of helping and treating me he's very kind and very knowledgeable in his field
