Technician was thorough and provided informative responses to questions as well as explaining new add-on. His friendly demeanor was refreshing.
Lance was very knowledgeable of the problems I was having was able to fix them and was very friendly also
Hamilton is always prompt and I always know they pay attention to every detail. Matt and I am sorry I didn't find out the name of his partner, but both did a great job replacing a stack in my basement. I always call Hamilton for all my needs.
As always, everyone from Hamilton was friendly, polite, and professional. The tech, Brandon, was very respectful of our home and did a great job on the a/c tune up.
