We have a five day old baby and the heat went out on our main floor during the recent snow. They came out the look at my furnace, fixing the original problem, but created another problem. Called to let them know the tech didn’t and they attempted to charge me for another service. Left without fixing the problem and took no responsibility for the problem they caused.
I recently purchased a home from someone that had used Bob Hamilton to install their furnace and air conditioner in 2023. Only two years later, it is pouring water from condensation into my basement, my carpet has been flooded along with drywall and I have been informed that the system is out of warranty. It appears that water is leaking back into the system too, so not sure if there has been damaged done to the actual unit itself yet or not. House only cools to 78 degrees today when it’s 91 out. I called around to get our kitchen sink to drain properly. I got quotes and items from a few other local companies. When I called Hamilton I mentioned what we’d been quoted from other companies and she said, “oh we only charge $80 for a drain cleaning” and they were available from 10-2 I waited through the time period they said they’d come to get a call at 1:16.
