I recently purchased a home from someone that had used Bob Hamilton to install their furnace and air conditioner in 2023. Only two years later, it is pouring water from condensation into my basement, my carpet has been flooded along with drywall and I have been informed that the system is out of warranty. I called around to get our kitchen sink to drain properly. I got quotes and items from a few other local companies.
