When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. Roger Castle was super rude and unprofessional. I will never visit him again. He makes it seem that he’s so professional and knows what he’s talking about. In reality his just trying to get into your head. I heard from previous people that he sells himself to other lawyers to loose your case. I definitely do not recommend.

I was referred to this attorney by another law firm due to the prior one not accepting new clients. Having to even think about a law suit is hard enough but then to be talked down to like I’m a child is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never in my life been talked to in such a rude and condescending manner in my entire life. I would rather use my 10 year old nephew as an attorney, at least he knows how to be polite.
