I have not personally met Dr. Epstein he was the on-call for my Dr. which is Dr. Steven Johnson. I had what I considered an emergency by my standards as a patient. He was extremely rude said that he had been disturbed many times this evening 03/11/2021. NEWS FLASH you’re the ON-Call Physician DOC! Which means sick people will be calling we’re in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. If he’s like this over the phone I could only imagine his bedside manor. Dr Eppstein is thorough, brilliant and kind! I think he is the best of the best. So glad I am able to see him.
I drive 22 miles from Colleyville to see Dr. Epstein and his PA Rachael. They are the best.... Dr. Epstein is hard to get in to see because he is busy. When I do see him he takes his time and does a wonderful job. When he is not available I see Rachael and she is awesome too. This is a very modern facility and practice. I highly recommend them.
I’ve known Dr. Eppstein since he was a kid, I was his dental hygienist. When it came time for me to choose a primary care physician, I was grateful that I was able to get into his practice. He spends a significant amount of time with me at each appointment, answers all of my questions and shares important information with me so that I can take the best possible care of myself and live a long and healthy life. Thank you Dr. Eppstein!
