Dr Shen diagnosed my child with strep throat, then stated he does not feel comfortable providing them antibiotics... He was however nice enough to give us a strep throat care sheet, which states strep throat should be treated with antibiotics... Now I have to go through whoever this guy's boss is and get my money back to use on an actual doctor.
Horrible experience. Doctor Shen does not come off as if he cares, talks way too fast, and is not thorough. It's very obvious this doctor is just going through the motions and doesn't enjoy what he does. No personality. When checking my heartbeat he put the stethoscope up to my chest for a tenth of a second (no joke) and said "sounds good". When conducting an oral exam he asked me to open my mouth and before I could even get my mouth fully open he said "looks good". He definitely misunderstands the manipulative part in his DO title that not to just simply manipulate the patient but provide the care !?!?
