This place used tape on my sister that she told them she was allergic to. The nurse ignored her and said it would be fine. Well it wasn't fine and hasn't been fine since. It has now taken her life. Please don't go to this place.
I went in for extreme pain caused by slap by my employer on my shoulder where a previous surgery has left me with extreme neuropathic pain. On the first visit I found the provider to be caring and supportive but the doctor I saw on the followup was so rough in the examination of my shoulder that I left in excruciating pain. Avoid this place at all costs!!
I work nearby but live in Moline, Wish they were in Moline. Three times I've walked in and was in front of the nurse within ten minutes. Everyone is friendly and professional. Facility is clean In and out in less than 1/2 hour. Correct diagnoises every time as I do follow up with my Moline Doctor of almost 30 years. Keep up the good work.
Do not go here. The nurse practitioner is extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of leaving feeling like you were well cared for you will leave feeling like you had to defend yourself in your personal beliefs. I was humiliated. Unprofessional is a huge understatement.
I was a patient of Dr. Stevenson for approximately 3 months. (Mainly I am writing to counter the previous irrelevant review here. I sympathize with the issue that person brings up, but by their own admission they were not a patient so cannot have an informed opinion on his practice or overall ethics. I had been experiencing a cough for a week, and it had been getting progressively worse until it kept me up at night. So I decided to go into Genesis: Bad decision on my part. They were not helpful at all in diagnosing what exactly it was I had. They claimed it was "allergies" and gave me symptomatic treatment through an inhaler and nasal. (Neither of which did anything for me.) I came here one Saturday because I had severe shoulder and neck pain and wasn't sure what I had done to it. I couldn't straighten my neck out, look up or down, or side to side and my right shoulder felt so swollen. My right arm felt like a brick was tied to it and it was pulling my arm out of its socket so I figured I should see a doctor (I also don't have health insurance so this could be costly).
