What a mean old man. Just avoid this place. His skills aren’t better than other glass-workers in Seattle and dealing with this man doesn’t make it worth it. I agreed on a price with him, shook his hand, then he called me back a few days later and demanded an extra $500 for the product. Roger was horrible to work with and I hope this encourages others to avoid the fuss you’ll get here.
