Very helpful. Unfortunately we visited because we had a car accident out of state.
1 Star only because I can't give zero. DO NOT GO TO ROGER MOTOR CAR LLC. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any establishment, period. From the moment I called and even stepped into the building, it was clear this place is completely unprofessional and disorganized. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I was recently in an accident and the police use this place as their "emergency tow" call. Yes, they came relatively quickly, HOWEVER, I told the tow guy that I would be by the following day to get my car. He said no problem because they would be open from 10a-2p! It was a Saturday and the hours posted online confirmed 10a-2p on Saturday! I called ahead to let them know I was going to be on my way at 12p.
