Highly professional and supportive
If I could put 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t send my car back to this shop if it was the last repair shop left on the planet. Random coloured paint spilled on the car, scratches that weren’t there before, half done buff so the paint doesn’t match, and random loose wires making hands free not work. They fixed these things but now to find out dual battery not put back together and wiring left bare on carpet behind rear seats. I would highly recommend this company, my car was smashed into on the drivers side and racv sent me to Roger Mansons for repairs they handled everything from start to finish and were friendly and professional, they matched the metallic black paint on my car perfectly and it looks like a new car again. Thank you very much
DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!!! My car went in through RACV to this repairer and there has been nothing but issues, the staff were rude, dismissive and disrespectful. My car was not fixed after 3 attempts and when I tried to express my concerns they blamed RACV and took no accountability for ths poor service that was provided to me, they laughed in my face and told me it wasn’t their problem when trying to get the issue resolved for the THIRD TIME, they were extremely condescending and too busy to take me seriously, ye... read more
