Called and spoke to intake person. Started to explain my case. Was stopped and told that they are only licensed in Washington state. I explained the company was from Washington state and if I wanted to sue company I would have to sue in that state. She started stuttering and then decided to keep taking notes on my case. I said If this is a issue I can call someone else. She said thank you, have a great day then hung up. How professional
