I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Roger Lim’s office. I was making monthly payments of $250 for my daughter’s braces, but when I hit a rough financial patch, I explained my situation to them, hoping they could work with me. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they continued charging me $50 in late fees. Eventually, they even stopped my daughter’s treatment because I couldn’t keep up with the payments.
