I made an appointment with Roger as a first time client for my 2025 taxes. I got to his office 15 mins early, he was with another client with the door open so I could hear everything. As the time got closer to my appointment start Roger’s secretary reminded him his next appointment was here. His current client then proceeded to ask if it was ok that he asked some more questions. Had issues elsewhere and found Roger online in a desperate search. He was able to get us in right away and help us file in under a week! Fantastic turnaround and experienced professional. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We are very confident in his work and look forward to working with him throughout the coming years. Highly recommend!
Make sure you record every correspondence with this company. If they make a mistake and you cannot prove it is their mistake, then you will be paying for their mistake. I told them very clearly and even reinforced that I needed them to file an extension on BOTH my business and personal taxes and their office lady wasn't able to get that done.
