We were traveling from IA to TN and hubby's truck started acting up, called a dealership prior to Roger Jennings Chevrolet, couldn't get us in, but when we called and he explained the issue they said come in, as if you continue to drive the issue will get worse and won't be able to drive with still 5 hrs left we headed to the dealership and now back on the road after they serviced the truck! AMAZING customer service we thank you
The people at Roger Jennings are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond when my car had an issue — even offering to drive me to work and pick me up the day of my appointment. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!
