I have not had any experiences with attorney Roger Day but I definitely need his help for my boyfriend that's in jail in Washington county jail now.
Roger is the best attorney in all of Tennessee, in my opinion. He's extremely professional and treats you like you're a person, not just a paycheck. I'd strongly, recommend speaking with him if you ever find yourself needing an attorney and rest assured the job will be done correctly. I've never had to worry about wasting money or time with him. And his assistant Ashley is the kindest as well. Thank you guys for being human just like us, it really means so much!!
I was recommended Roger by close friends, and I was not disappointed!! He is very personable, patient, and helpful! He answered any questions I had about my case and was there every step of the way. I appreciate him more than anything, i’d recommend him 100%!!!

Mr . Day has a way if making you feel better after the first meeting with him. He is not like the other Attorneys I have dealt with in the past that try to make the situation sound very dire to justify their large retainer fees. Not to mention he has performed unbelievably well , I have no idea how he does what he does with reasonable prices ,I just know he has been a Godsend to me and helped to get me through a very troubled time with more respect and dignity than I deserved.
