Poor customer service experience. The receptionist was quite rude and appeared dismissive. Other customers were acknowledged and assisted promptly. I was told over the phone that there were no courtesy cars available, so I decided not to book in for a full service. However, upon arrival, I observed another customer asking for one and being provided one immediately.
Tom recently helped us with an issue with our outlander after we were stranded at the airport. He has gone above and beyond in helping us, and helped make what felt like a terrible day, that much better. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a used car from Kevin, it was a great experience! Kevin had a lot of knowledge about the cars they had in the yard and was very friendly! I haven't had the car for very long but so far it is driving great! I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received from Kevin! 10/10 would recommend Roger Gill Mitsubishi to others when purchasing their next vehicle! Thank you!
