I went to Terrific Teeth for a tooth extraction and was able to get in as a walk-in, which was such a relief. The staff provided excellent service from start to finish. The extraction itself was completely painless, and the dentist took the time to clearly explain the procedure and the aftercare steps, which made me feel comfortable and informed. This is truly a great dental office, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality dental care.

My husband was scheduled for a crown. We get a call the day before the appointment that Dr. Flippin was sick and can we reschedule. My husband’s appointment was never rescheduled! I have been calling and calling for months to get this work done also to get a receipt to give to payflex! I’ve drove up there a few times. Nobody ever picks up the phone and the office is always closed! At this point we just want the receipt and the crown we paid for! If you don’t want our business we will go somewhere else!

Had an old filling fail and Dr. Flippen was a life saver. They were able to see me in less than 24 hours and replace the filling vs having to put on a crown. They were friendly, helpful and caring throughout the entire experience. If you are looking for a Dentist with family values, amazing service and will treat you like family... look no further.

They took money for a crown and it's been months without a call back. They won't answer the phone. They have no email address that I have found. They literally ground my teeth down and left me with a achy, barely functional mouth and if they don't call me back soon with the teeth that I already paid for.... well I'll have to look into what my legal options are.
