Pretty much same experience as one of the reviews said. Didn’t want to spend any time to explain. Didn’t go through the x ray with us at all. Didn’t give diagnosis of the situation. A waste of time to drive all the way.
Dr. Widmann only saw us for less than 1 minute, and his answers were mostly one word! Such as "No", "Sure".
Excellent doctor! HSS staff are the best! In a league of their own. Dr . Widmann is so kind and gentle, brilliant doctor,performed spinal fusion on my 12yr old. T2-L3, 7 years ago. No complications, she can touch her toes, did swim team. Her scar looks great! She is actually proud if it. It isn't an easy decision to make. Look no further.
The best!! We drove almost 3 hours to have Emme's surgery at HSS. Doctor Widmann fused Em's spine from T2 to L4 and she was home 4-days later and 5 days after she is only taking Tylenol and Advil for mild pain. The entire staff at HSS are superb and would highly recommend Dr. Widmann.
