Richard was Great! Came in for first oil change and he also found a recall that needed to be done. In and out quickly, couldn't have been better.
Everyone at the dealership is just top notch in my opinion. John, my service advisor, got me in and out quickly and was precise on the pricing as well. The cashier explained how I could use My Chevrolet points to apply it to my bill. The people at Roger Dean are well trained, knowledgeable and super courteous.
I made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I had discount coupons for both. Only one coupon was applied. Other than that, the service was fine, and it took about an hour and a half while I waited.
I had a flat tire and needed an emergency repair - John and his team got me right in, found out I had a warranty, and got my tire replaced all in the same afternoon! Quality service - efficient - and friendly ! Thanks so much!
