Horrible customer service! The young lady at the front says she’s going to call back and never does. If I could put 0 stars I would but it forces you to put one.

In the course of 2 months, despite constant emails and phone calls, they called me back once. I totally understood that cases could take months or years and I was prepared for gaps of no news while work happened behind the scenes. Still, I do expect returned calls (and I don't call often) I've been trying to get any phone response for weeks. Is a return phone call too much to ask? Apparently, it is. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! WILL NEVER CALL TO UPDATE OR ANYTHING! U WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM. I HAVE TO WATCH MY CASE ONLINE AND THAT JUST SAYS ITS OPEN.
