Roger, the owner, is a friendly guy and perhaps good at his work. But he came to do an estimate for repairs/painting at my house, and then kept promising to send me a quote for the work but never did ("I'll send it later", "Soon", etc.). This was two weeks ago. My time is valuable too and either send a quote or be honest and say you don't want the job-- but don't just keep promising and then never follow up.
