Terrible customer service . I was 9 minutes late & when I got there it was a line , the other lady at the window was on the phone , and the nurse was standing in the front having casual conversation looking at her watch . When the lady at the other window got off the phone she asked the nurse and she said she just got here ? She then ignored the lady at the front desk so I asked was that a no , I said no I've been standing in line . It was a nice place. The Dr and nurses were great. My occupation nurse and my PT were alsome. But one thing about RCP that I will always remember was Lonnie the PT assistant. He was a beautiful Lab. He would greet almost everyone that came in for therapy.
