Good people let down by a bad system. I booked my car for a service and it arrived at 8:10 as the time they ask you to arrive is between 8:00 and 9:00. This is reasonable and thus I arrived at a reasonable time from Mumbles. However as it is a first come first serve basis, myself being 10 minutes 'late' resulted in me waiting upwards of 5 hours for a full service of my car (when also factoring in the lunch break of the staff).
