I love Lisa Anderson, she’s amazing and I never feel judged or disrespected, if it weren’t for her I would go to Hinesville for appointments. I hate the wait time to call though, I usually spend upwards 20+ minutes on hold and typically get rushed off the phone or out of the way when I show up for appointments by the secretary only to feel my presence unwanted. For the respect I get from Lisa, it makes it worth it to me.
Dr Beville was amazing. Both my husband and myself were new patients and they worked us in on the same day, plus took us in at the same time. It made everything super easy and quick. We were in and out pretty fast. The Doc listened to both of us and heard our issues. He had us both do bloodwork to be proactive because of our ages, which was appreciated. Everything was taken seriously and correctly. No complaints. Only issue is he is retiring, but it got the ball rolling with a local PCM.
I love the Lisa Anderson the nurse practitioner. However. The receptionist running the front desk is the most rude, unprofessional and I compassionate human I have run across in the health care industry. She seriously needs to work on her attitude.
Dr was very rude and sent me out the door with no help for my problem at all. Would not recommend. He had me in tears after I left his office. Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office. I definitely would not go to him.
