I think this place would be normally ok but had a bad waitress tonight. After avoiding/refusing to give us our checks, we eventually flagged down another waitress to close out our table. Other waitress shared the tips are just pooled so it doesn't incentivize good individual service. Definitely seems to be priced to take advantage of folks in the hotel. Free 3 hour parking but service is so slow I was getting worried that I'd hit that limit. Paid $38 for a slightly-above-average burger & no drinks after various nonsense fees... read more
