My Dr for last 15+ years. He knows his specialty very well and has a great manner in which he handles his patients. Highly recommend him.

Very unprofessional. I just saw the eye, Dr. On 10/24/23. So I called the office on Ed Carey Harlingen for a second opinion, on my eyesight, and they are saying that I have to see the same Dr . But what passed me off was that they gave me attitude. Well, guess what, Gulf Cost Institute. You just lost me as one of your patients.
The staff is friendly, but lack professionalism. Their lack of communication and arrogance is infectious, from the Dr to the receptionist. If you have at least 4 hours for an appointment, numerous days for return visits to get the perception correct, and time to call to ask where your prescription is. It's the best I've ever been to.. It's been 4 months and I have nothing but excuses and lies for my time.
Very friendly, very professional. They fixed my glasses immediately and gave me advice.
