I live in Mareeba, nine months ago, I phoned a hard, arrogant woman there to speak about a property i wanted to buy. She said she'd call me back. When i didn't hear from her, i sent her a text asking again about the block of land. A few days later she sent a text asking how much i would be prepared to pay. The place i was interested in didn't display a price. I again sent a text asking again to please let me know how much they were asking. She never responded. Won't give you my place to sell. Thank you.
These people have serious problems with ethics. They will bombard you with disputes with the hope that you won’t be able to defend at least some of them and be desperate in squeezing out some gain that way. Very dishonest and cunning people. Don’t get seduced by the bright pink colours. Just keep away. I can guarantee you won’t find any worse alternative.
