Basically gave me the run around for about a year, pretending like the were working on the case. They sent me a letter over a year later saying they will be dropping the case. To me it feels like they were in cahoots with the insurance company to waste my time and sabotage any chances of the insurance covering the repairs.
I hired Terrell Matthews to sue my insurance company and he got us a great settlement which was enough to replace our kitchen. Thumbs up for sure.
