After 12 years my Estate Wind Opener stopped opening my Wine bottles....no wine opener caused instant drama at our home. The good news is I got a hold of the Company and they told me it would need to come in for repair. I sent it in and was told 4 to 6 weeks for repairs to be completed. But they fixed it in less than a week, returned it to me in like new condition, and only charged me $22.65 including shipping back to my home!.....Thanks to the Rogar Company...Well done.

This company is a joke. 2 years ago the handle on my opener broke while opening a bottle. After contacting the company in July I was advised this piece was on backorder til October. I called in October and was advised the piece was still backordered. In January I was told they had production problems and replacements would not be available til October.
