I am writing as this was the first time we visited ROG Douglassville. Best first experience as we normally visit Wyomissing. Carol was the absolute best with my 10yr. daughter. Gentle, explained everything in a calm demeanor. I LOVED our experience in this office !!!!
Great experience as per usual. Carol is fantastic she makes every visit quick and enjoyable.
They are lovely. My only complaint is that they update the parents in the waiting room. So today I heard the medical details of 6 different kids while waiting for my child.
ROG is a great office! My oldest had terrific service and came out with a wonderful smile; and now my youngest will be starting treatments there soon! On top of them being so friendly and fantastic orthodontists…they help our local Girl Scouts every year buy purchasing cases of cookies! Cannot recommend ROG enough!!
