Dr. Roffers is extremely kind. He will explain everything to you before he does it. He was running behind and his staff called me at home to tell me. I thought that was very thoughtful. He is a Doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I actually give them a 10!
Just finished an appointment with Dr.Roffers. He was absolutely lovely and professional. Explained the entire process for my EMG while it was happening and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The receptionist was also very nice. Definitely would recommend this clinic
My wife had a very bad experience with Dr. Roffers office. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to hear my wife’s concern about her missed appointment. After explaining to the receptionist her frustration with how the lack of communication was with the clinic the receptionist hung up the phone while my wife was talking. Dr Roffers and his staff are simply outstanding! EMG tests are a little annoying but Dr Roffers made the entire experience so tolerable and more. Excellent soft skills and an even better professional!
