I waited a week, agreed to their 2 hour arrival window, confirmed their email the day before.... and they didn't show. No call, no message, no email. Zip. If my business isn't important to you, you simply won't have my business.... the other local guys quoting gave an exact time and were on time.... even called when they were on their way.

Roff replaced the roof on my house 5 years ago (by prior owner, we moved in about 6 months ago). Found a leak in the roof come springtime. I called Roff to get them to come take a look and to hire to fix it. It took several calls, missed appts, and reschedules to get John to come to even take a look, he said he would return with some guys to work on it. Since then, I have been completely ghosted by them. I’ve called probably 5 times since over the span of a few weeks, complete silence. Beware.

We met with 5 local contractors to provide information and estimates for a total roof replacement, which included 2 skylights. Roff Roofing overshadowed all of them from the moment we started to ask questions about our estimate and started negotiating a contract.
