First time client for tax preparation. Drove from Queen Creek to downtown Phoenix. Called to let Daryl know I was running 5 minutes late because I missed my exit. Daryl refused to see me and wanted to reschedule. I gave him the courtesy of a phone call. This tells me he undoubtedly didn’t set aside enough time to discuss/go through my taxes with me. I’ll find someone else with more patience and understanding.
Darryl Roff has been doing our taxes for many years and he has been consistent, exceptional, efficient, and has provided expertise advice and amazing customer service. He has never steered us wrong.
