4-12-2024: Replaced whole HVAC system. Provided multiple options, no pressure and got me scheduled much earlier than I expected. Curt, Ty and the rest of the team were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the job was done as well! Outstanding experience. I will recommend them every chance I get. Couldn't be happier. From 2 years ago: They saved our family from the summer heat on more than one occasion with their professional service and reasonable rates. Thank you!

Very responsive on getting blower motor replaced.
Extremely rude front desk/office staff. It takes almost zero effort to answer the phone politely and conduct yourself professionally, yet Roettering's office staff just can't seem to pull it off. This is in addition to them going back on their word with regard to a service call—the details of which aren't worth going in to. If your technician makes a promise, it's on you to stand behind it. I'll be steering customers away from Roettering from now on.
