We highly recommend the Roess family and their company Roess Mechanical for all your HVAC needs. It's always a pleasure to visit with them when they service our system.
It was a great innovative company when the original owner Dan had it. I used them to install a wood burning furnace in one home and two geothermal units in another. However, now that the two sons have taken over the business, the professionalism has evidently left! I called three times for them to come out and each time I was told they would have "Danny" call me. They never returned any of the calls in 2 weeks time! Very unprofessional.
I have used Roess Mechanical on several occasions and their service is always top quality and dependable!
