Best bakery in Chicago! Coffee cakes, Pączki any pastry, this is my go-to.
This is my second time come there.. there bakery so good I come from Orlando fl I tell my husband if we ever go to Chicago let's go to roesers bakery I love it I'll come back
Have been coming here since I carried my children who are now in their 30s and have their own families. Love this bakery
I love Roeser's bakery. The reason. I give it 4/5 stars is because: 1. It doesn't smell like a regular bakery anymore. It just smells like a dispensary whether it's the costumers or the employees. 2. If you try to make a phone order, make sure it's before 3 pm. I know they close at 6, but no one will answer after 3. Why? Idk 🤷♀️ I've gone in person to place/pick up orders. I've seen how the employees just let the phone ring.
Terrible customer service she needs improvement in customer service . She charges her friend before me and l was before her friend . Unprofessional I’ve been coming here over 40 years am from the community. Owner needs to be here to see how they treat customers
