There seemed to be a huge turnover in case managers in the first 10-12 months of my application. My case manager changed several times during this time. A couple times I had to repeat the same info and emails that were already sent to the other case manager as she did not update the new case manager Also, I sent an application to social security who were were supposed to be working from home but they never processed my application.
