FYI the service department at this dealership is ok when it comes to repairing a vehicle for basic maintenance but their auto technicians are incompetent when the problem consist of technical issues with electrical and wiring components I experienced an ongoing problem with my service engine light coming on and off intermittently going back and forth to service from may of 2023 tiI October of 2023 i was charged a little over $200 dollars just to tell me that nothing was wrong with the performance of my 2016 F150 trim level (... read more

On 03/03 I placed an online order for a part, paid extra (50% the cost of the product) for overnight delivery.... 03/05 part was still not received, checked email, nothing from company, checked status online and status showed “-“. ... ETA. “ “. Called the phone number on the website transferred around and then ended up on a voicemail... I took my vehicle in for repair and it remained onsite for 4 weeks. The transmission went out on a 2019 car bought in March/2019, While the repair was paid under warranty, I spent 1672.06 out of pocket for car rental because: 1. It took 3 weeks to look at the car 2. The person that had to repair the car had to be tested for Covid-19 3. The person was still out, and he is the only person that can repair 4.
