I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received at the Ford service center. Communication was poor — I wasn’t updated about the status of my vehicle, and when I asked for information, the responses were vague and unhelpful.I expected much better from a brand like Ford.
I highly recommend this place to get your truck serviced.
We had a blowout. Had to get towed in to the dealership because our main lock was missing. Brandon stayed to help us out. Got our wheel unlocked and tire changed. Great guy! Brandon ordered us another tire. Brandon called me on Monday to tell me my tire was in and they put it on my wheel, when would I want to come back and get it? I went Monday to get it put on. What a bunch of great people. Can't say enough.
