ROERS IS A PRIVATE REAL ESTATE COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU My experience living at a Roers owned and managed property has been an absolute disaster. The building is marketed as Class A, but the condition of the property, constant management turnover, and complete lack of communication don’t come close to matching that description.
