I'll start by saying its unfortunate I have to give them 1 star, if I could I would give them 0. This business finds any way they can to pull an extra dollar out of the pockets of their tenants. Beware renters that come January, this property management company will be sending around flyers that seem to be a simple "hey let us know your plans of staying or leaving, and we will give you a gift card to Scheels" but they won't tell you or give you any indication that you are renewing your lease that doesn't end for another 6 mo... read more
