What a pleasure to buy a vehicle. They made everything from start to finish a pleasurable experience. Dwight and Maureen are an amazing duo who actually care about their customers and go the extra mile to get someone in a vehicle that fits their needs at a price you can afford. This was our first purchase here, but it won't be our last. Thanks to everyone there for all you did.
I had a better experience than the other two reviewers. Buying an older, high mileage car always calls for the buyer to beware. I bought and paid cash for one such auto from Maureen and Dwight. I drove it to a vacant lot to allow my wife to practice with the manual transmission. The air conditioner wasn't working and the "check engine" light came on. I drove it back to the dealer, they called A+ Auto Repair, and set up an appointment for the next day. I bought a new fuel cap for $10 and that fixed the "check engine" light. I... read more
The owners, Mr and Mrs Roeland, are friendly and honest people but they recently hired Darrin Griffen, cousin of Mark Griffen who if your familiar with Mark Seven in Blue Ridge should be a familiar name you probably don't want to do business with. It's sad that good people would hire a man even associated with someone who has a reputation of bad business practices. I would've recommended this business but now I'm not so sure
Let me first say that the people are very friendly until a problem arises. I bought an SUV from them 8 months ago. I needed a vehicle to drive back and forth to work and was safe for my children, as I didn't have a vehicle. I clearly stated this when talking to them in which they sold me this vehicle. I had my down payment money plus taxes in hand.
