Great experience with Roeland. Three years after a bathroom remodel (which we are very happy with), I noticed the shower fan/light was not working. I called the office, who quickly returned my call to troubleshoot. Turns out it was a simple outlet switch. Saved me a visit from the electrician. Very appreciative of the commitment to service!
We cannot say enough about the entire experience….. Mr Roeland came out and since the moment we met, we felt trusting of him. Well now our second bathroom is being done and despite us not thinking we would see Mr. Roeland again he has been by twice and we are looking forward to future projects with Roeland Home Improvers. Each new person brings the same warm smile and courteous behavior.
We absolutely LOVE our new bathroom remodel! Easy "in and out" of our shower, no more grout to have to deal with, finest materials and easy to clean. And it is gorgeous!! Thank you, Roeland Enterprises!!
I searched high and low and saw the reviews from Roland and I had to get a call for a quote. I had two other companies out that were very pushy and offered big discounts for an initial signing when John showed up it was easy decision. He was informative, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I actually had to tell him paperwork lol our job is done and our bathroom is remodeled, and it took less time than they said.
