Best Family Law Lawyer in the Rio Grande Valley! I've known Roel "Robie" Flores since February of 1996 when I started my divorce proceedings with my ex. In the beginning I was okay with her have Custody of our 2 boys, but that all changed in June of 1996 - my divorce was a long a grueling divorce after the 1st agreement my ex refused to sign the court documents. Not only did he engage in unethical behavior, but his actions also had severe consequences for human life because he failed to serve with paperwork but went to court anyway.
