I called to make a an appointment for a massage and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude! She wasn't nice when asking me questions and had a very annoyed tone to her voice. I went ahead and booked my massage as it was a gift from my fiance. However i'm contemplating whether to just cancel and just lose the money that was paid for it (i'm assuming that they wouldn't refund me). Very disappointed with the service I relieved on the phone! Don't be rude...learn some customer service!
I witnesses the owner being incredibly rude to one of her staff. She was impatient and nasty. I had been there before and was happy with the services but understand why some of the very talented massage staff left. The owner was downright oblivious that I was defending the woman she was tearing apart.
Service is great!! The owner was really nice and took care of us as soon as we walked in. Me and my friend had a half day of beauty the girl was great and Arron gives the best massage would recommend ....
A friend and I went to Roehm's today, we both had a wonderful experience. To start off when I called to make the appointment Sarah was very pleasant and helpful. The ladies at the spa were friendly. We had facials and massages they were great. I checked the spa out before I made the appointment because of the reviews The place was clean that day ( I just walked in ) and it was clean today. I highly recommend Roehm,'s. You should check it out for yourself don't always rely on reviews my included.
I went to Roehms with a friend for the half day of beauty. Started with a massage which was very nice. Then onto the facial was ok. It was very quick and didnt seem like it was worth the money. Next was the mani/pedi. This was a joke. The girl filed my skin more than my nails and laughed when I asked her to stop filing my skin. She was telling me about her family issues. NEVER GO TO ROEHM'S DAY SPA!!! – I bought a gift recipt for Roehm's Day Spa. My wife hated it and never used it. I tried to get them to refund or let me get "product" for my hard earned money. They refused. I have no recourse but to loose my $150 and complain on the web. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!
I too...will *not* be returning – Sounds like I had a similar experience to cabjmb36... I got a half day of beauty from my boyfriend for this establishment. I'd never heard of it before, but the pictures on the website looked cozy. This place was pretty dirty and there were things all over the pedicure room floor. Will not go back – Scheduled an appointment for 1/2 day spa package and added a couple of additional services. (not an inexpensive appointment). When I arrived the woman at the desk (the owner) was not very pleasant. I started with the massage which was just OK - certainly not the best. "Best Massage Ever" – I booked 3 massages here for me, and my future in-laws. Though the building was small and inconspicuous, we walked in to a warm, fragrant and inviting space. After being greeted and signing in, we enjoyed glasses of water before our massages. Each of our massage experiences were a bit different, but we all agreed that the work done on us was great.
