Despite being promised a call back at least seven times now. They have never returned my call. I needed a transformer replaced for my pool light, and I requested the price for the part. Never heard back. When I called to follow up, I was advised that they had gone ahead and just ordered the part and still couldnt give me a price. following a further five phone calls, and five promises to call me back same day with the price of the part, I am still waiting.
