I always get great service with Brent. He knows his customers and is always friendly and honest about what my vehicle needs for future maintenance. I arrived for my appointment for an oil change and he took care of it immediately. Didn't even have to wait long. Love that I also get a free car wash! Would never take my vehicle anywhere else other than Roe!
The intermittent problem was not found in the initial testing. Jeff found a GM bulletin that explained the problem and the solution. The repair required ordering a part which took 2 days so I was offered a loaner vehicle. Excellent service.
