Just the worst customer service. Called numerous times to file a claim, and received very poor customer service. One of the office employees even hung up on me twice when i attempted to work through the process. At one point in the claims process the person on the phone said that "its not our job" to follow up with claims. The insurance products they sell may be great, but the agents customer service is clearly lacking and rude.
They are THE BEST!
