I've been a client of Farmers for several years now. **** R. is the third Farmers agent I've dealt with. The first agent retired and was great. I was assigned to the regional office who assigned me to an agent who went on leave and I got no service and had to fight to get my promised discounts. I transferred my account to the R. agency.
